A Virtual Reality Experience for Mental Health Therapy Research

A team of psychiatrists from Eloísa Díaz Hospital in La Florida, Santiago, Chile, was interested in conducting a study using virtual reality for patient treatment, aiming to determine whether a customized VR experience could help reduce symptoms.

In 2019, I completed an online specialization in virtual reality at the University of London.

To develop this application, I collaborated with Sergio Labbé—a versatile programmer—and together with the medical team we successfully built the project.

The research is still ongoing.
